Your Guide to August Character Events

Summer is in full swing (even though the weather suggests otherwise) and we’ll be managing plenty of licensed character events throughout the month of August to keep you entertained during the summer holidays.

Firm favourites Bing & Flop will be embarking on a UK wide tour of The Entertainer stores. Not forgetting the Bank Holiday weekend at the end of August which will see numerous characters making appearances at venues across the country.

July saw Little Miss Explorer join Heathrow regular Mr Adventure at the London-based airport and the pair will continue to make appearances on various days throughout this month too, keep an eye on their website for appearance details.

As ever, the selection of appearances listed below are subject to change.

1st & 2nd August: PAW Patrol trio Skye, Chase and Marshall will be appearing at Folly Farm.
2nd August: The ever-popular Danger Mouse will be at Drusilla’s Zoo Park.
2nd August: Everyone’s favourite cheeky little pig, Peppa Pig, will be at Adventure World in Bournemouth.
2nd August: Chelmsley Wood Shopping Centre will be playing host to Catboy and Owlette from PJ Masks.
3rd August: If you’re travelling from Heathrow Terminal 4 today you might catch a glimpse of Mr Adventure.
5th August: Racegoers at Newmarket Racecourse will be treated to appearances from Paddington.
5th August: Peppa Pig will be paying a visit to Gulliver’s World in Warrington.
5th August: Little Miss Explorer will be at Heathrow Terminal 2.
5th August: Bing & Flop will be at the Meadowhall branch of The Entertainer in Sheffield.
6th August: Chase and Marshall will be making appearances at Epping Ongar Railway.
9th August: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles duo Raphael and Leonardo will be at Drusillas.
10th August: Dreamland Margate will be hosting PAW Patrol’s Chase and Marshall.
10th August: The increasingly popular PJ Masks will be at the St. Enoch Centre in Glasgow.
12th August: The Entertainer at Trinity Centre in Leeds will be hosting an activity featuring Bing & Flop.
12th & 13th August: Mike the Knight will be heading to Alnwick Castle.
12th & 13th August: Knowsley Safari Park have booked Peppa Pig to appear throughout the weekend.
13th August: Chase and Marshall will be at Marsh Farm in Essex.

18th August: Racegoers at Nottingham Racecourse will be treated to appearances from Paddington.
19th & 20th August: PJ Masks trio Catboy, Gekko and Owlette will be heading to Paultons Park.
19th August: Everyone’s favourite cheeky little pig, Peppa Pig, will be appearing during a narration event at the Riding’s Shopping Centre in Wakefield.
19th August: Shoppers at Cardiff’s St. David’s Shopping Centre might catch a glimpse of Fireman Sam.
20th August: The Gruffalo will be leaving the Dark Wood to appear at Epping Ongar Railway.
22nd & 23rd August: PAW Patrol favourites Chase, Marshall and Skye will be at Folly Farm to see fans.
23rd August: Popular duo Peppa Pig and George are heading to Drusilla’s Zoo Park.
23rd August: Bing & Flop continue a busy month with another appearance at The Entertainer in Maidstone.
24th August: Islington’s Angel Central Shopping Centre have booked Chase and Marshall to appear.
24th August: Captain Barnacles and Kwazii of Octonauts fame will be at Dreamland Margate.
25th August: If you’re travelling from Heathrow terminal 3 you might spot Mr Adventure.
26th August: The White City branch of The Entertainer will be hosting Wissper.
26th August: Trolls duo Poppy and Branch will be appearing at Smyths in Mansfield.
26th, 27th & 28th August: Paddington will be spending the bank holiday weekend at East Lancashire Railway.
27th August: The increasingly popular Bing & Flop will be at the Gloucester branch of Toys R Us.
28th August: The White Post Farm in Nottinghamshire will be welcoming Peppa Pig.
29th August: Chase and Marshall will be at Kennet Shopping Centre in Newbury.
29th August: Little Miss Explorer will be heading to Heathrow terminal 5.
29th August: Fireman Sam will be making appearances at Adventure Wonderland Bournemouth.
30th August: PAW Patrol’s Chase and Marshall will be appearing during a narration event at the Walnuts Shopping Centre in Kent.
