MASCOT MAKERS RAINBOW PRODUCTIONS CREATE NORMAN FOR WORLD EQUESTRIAN GAMES 2014

April 8 2013 marked 500 days to go before the start of the Alltech™ FEI World Equestrian Games 2014 in Normandy, France.  This event will be the seventh edition of the biggest event in equestrian sports and will take place from August 24 to 7 September 2014.

In connection with this sports event, mascot makers Rainbow Productions were commissioned to create Norman, the official mascot costume for the Games.  On April 8th mascot Norman was launched, marking the start of his duties as a promotional character costume and ambassador for the World Equestrian Games.

Norman was unveiled during an exclusive 5-minute interview given by the Managing Director of the Normandie 2014 Organising Committee, Fabien Grobon, where he also announced the volunteers’ program and gave updates on the progress of World Equestrian Games.
