Looking Ahead to 2019

2018 ended on a high here at Rainbow Productions. The last few Christmas lights switch on events took place across the UK and Ireland featuring everyone from The Snowman to PAW Patrol favourites Chase and Marshall. The first ever Intu Merry Hill Christmas Parade took place featuring numerous licensed characters as well as their own mascot Marmalade the Mammoth. Now that the festive period is done and dusted we’re looking ahead to 2019.

Some much loved licensed characters will be celebrating anniversaries this year. The ever popular Gruffalo will be twenty and Peppa Pig will be celebrating its fifteenth anniversary so you should expect plenty of appearances from these characters.

The annual London Toy Fair event will take place at the end of the month featuring appearances from Bing & Flop, Hey Duggee and PAW Patrol’s Skye and Rubble with more names still to be announced.

Here’s a quick snapshot of the licensed character events coming up this month:
6th January: Catboy and Owlette will be at The Mall in Blackburn.
22nd – 24th January: Toy Fair takes places at London’s Olympia.
26th January: PAW Patrol duo Marshall and Rubble will be at Bradford Broadway shopping centre.
