Shrek is a grumpy but loveable big-hearted ogre. With his wife – Princess Fiona, and best friends Donkey and Puss in Boots by his side, we discover this reluctant hero has a heart of gold and is happiest when he stays true to his inner moral compass. Shrek is humble, honourable and brave as well as a loyal good friend who will fight for those who can’t defend themselves. He is a simple ogre with simple needs, who will always prefer the swamp to a castle and likes to make mud angels every once and a while.
