CHARACTER PROFILE FOR ORIGINAL STORMTROOPERS

The Original Stormtroopers are iconic, instantly recognisable and strangely popular, given its threatening yet paradoxically harmless character.

The Shepperton brand celebrates the Original Stormtrooper when he is off duty. He gets up to all sorts of adventures on his day off and a can find himself in a few precarious situations too! He is known for missing his target, he’s notoriously clumsy and never take his uniform off, even when he’s on the beach, playing sports or in his rock band.

The concept drawings from Ralph McQuarrie suggested that the Stormtrooper was a futuristic being that had evolved through continuous genetic modification, and perhaps able to operate in adverse pungent climatic conditions
Our Hero helmet is cast from the original 1976 moulds, the original range is the most accurate replica of the on-screen stormtroopers. The Hero helmet was used by the leading actors and incorporates a number of distinct facial characteristics
