Character and Company Activities this February

During February we’re continuing to work with partners to help support film releases. This activity includes a UK tour by Kung Fu Panda as well as more stop offs on their tour by Alvin and The Chipmunks.

February will also see many licensed characters in our Character Appearance Programme visiting venues across the UK as part of Half Term School Holiday events programmes – particularly events hosted by shopping centres.

In February licensed children’s properties will also be making personal appearances at the annual Spring Fair at Birmingham NEC. This follows on from last month’s London Toy Fair trade show which saw Rainbow Productions managing the presence at photo shoots and exhibitor stands of over 20 licensed children’s characters on behalf of brand owners. Danger Mouse and Noddy from Toyland Detective are pictured during the London Toy Fair. The Teletubbies were also present at the London Toy Fair and went on, immediately afterwards, to make supporting personal appearances at the Toy Fair in Nuremberg, Germany.

Rainbow Productions will also exhibiting at two trade shows in February: At the National Farm Attractions Network (NFAN) event on Thursday 4 February and SMMEX at Wembley Stadium on 14 & 15 February.
