The staple BLE character parade.
Those who enjoy exhibitions with added character were in luck when the annual Brand Licensing Europe (BLE) exhibition took place earlier this month. Held at London’s Olympia exhibition centre, the event ran from 10th-12th October and provided the opportunity for IP owners to push their brands into new markets and bigger territories.
BLE also featured a record-breaking 76 licensed children’s characters managed by Rainbow Productions, the most the company has ever managed at a large-scale event such as this. The characters, who ranged from Peppa Pig and PJ Masks to the Minions and Trolls, made appearances throughout the event, delighting exhibition visitors and creating wonderful photo opportunities.
The highlight for many was the eagerly-awaited character parade (pictured above), where the record breaking number of characters came together.
Next year’s BLE has already been slated for 9th-11th October 2018 and we have a feeling it will be even bigger and better.
