RAINBOW BLOG: APRIL EVENTS!

March really was an eventful month for retail, with Pikachu visiting Asda stores across the country, Hamleys Regent Street welcoming The Gruffalo, the Very Hungry Caterpillar and Peppa Pig and Smyths Toys in Stockport hosting appearances by Chase, the Minions and Doh-Doh.  Plus, just this week, Miffy helped open her very own Pop-Up shop on Shaftsbury Avenue, London!

In other news, Puss in Boots attended Crufts as the perfect ambassador for Webbox’s cat zone with hundreds of people and their dogs queuing to meet the fearless feline, Peppa Pig attended a Hasbro Partner Day ahead of her 20th Anniversary next year and Bluey spent a weekend at Barleylands Farm Park.

And with the Easter holidays upon us, let’s take a look at the egg-citing events which are sure to keep your little ones entertained (*events can be subject to change)

1st April: Kick start the Easter holidays at Springtime Live in Harrogate with Peppa Pig and Peter Rabbit™

1st April: Wackadoo! Bluey & Bingo are heading to Victoria Place Shopping Centre in Woking

2nd April: Chase is ready for action at The Square Shopping Centre in Dublin

2nd April: Oink! Meet Peppa Pig at Selfridges Manchester

2nd April: Powderham Castle in Exeter hosts Shaun the Sheep and Timmy

2nd April: JJ from CoComelon is meeting fans at Woburn Safari Park. They’ll be welcoming Bluey (7th), Peter Rabbit™ (8th), Paddington™ (9th), Peppa Pig (10th), Bing (29th) and Hey Duggee (30th) throughout April too!

2nd April: Peter Rabbit™ will be hopping into Hamleys Regent Street. Marshall will be there on 8th April too!

4th April: Join Bluey for story time at Bluestone Resort Wales.  She’ll be back on 8th and 11th April too!

4th & 5th April: Go bananas with the Minions at Camel Creek in Cornwall

5th April: Listen to tales of Peter Rabbit™’s adventures at the Merrion Centre in Leeds

5th April: Head to Wheelgate Park in Newark to meet the cheeky little piggy, Peppa Pig

5th & 6th April: A-WOOF! Meet Duggee at Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth.  JJ from CoComelon will be there on 12th & 13th too!

6th April: Catch Pikachu at Kidzania London.  He’ll be back on 15th too!

6th April: Bring your marmalade sandwiches to Adventure Wonderland in Bournemouth and meet Paddington™

6th April: Selfridges London host meet & greets with Peter Rabbit™

6th April: Shoppers at St John’s Shopping Centre in Leeds will be treated to story time sessions with Bing & Flop

7th April: Peter Rabbit™ brings Easter to Meadowhall Centre in Sheffield

9th April: Meet Peter Rabbit™ at Pettitts Animal Adventure Park

10th April: Everyone’s favourite Aussie pup, Bluey, heads to Woodlands Park in Devon

10th April: Visit Margam Country Park for the chance to meet Peppa Pig & George and Shrek

11th & 12th April: Join Bing at Camel Creek in Cornwall for story time

12th April: Turtle Power!  Leo & Raph will be meeting shoppers at Touchwood Shopping Centre in Solihull

12th & 13th April: Aussie sisters Bluey & Bingo will be heading to Drusillas Zoo Park in Sussex

15th & 16th April: Head to Whipsnade Zoo to meet Pip and Posy.  They’ll be back on 22nd & 23rd too!

15th April: Numberblock One will be meeting fans at Toymaster in Kings Lynn

15th April: Bring your squirrels to story time sessions with Duggee! He’ll be back on 25th April too!

15th & 16th April: Manorafon Farm Park in Wales welcomes Bluey & Bingo

22nd April: Hey Duggee is bringing his Stick Song Activity to Old MacDonald’s Farm in Essex.  CoComelon’s JJ & Cody will be there on 29th April too!

29th April: Paddington™ fans can meet him at The Brewery Shopping Centre in Romford

29th April: PAW Patrol’s Chase & Marshall are on a roll at 4 Kingdom’s Adventure Farm Park

29th & 30th April: Take a train ride at Spa Valley Railway to see Bluey

29th & 30th April: John Lewis has invited some Julia Donaldson & Axel Scheffler favourites to their stores this weekend… Saturday – The Highway Rat in Oxford Street, Zog in Welwyn Garden City and The Gruffalo in Liverpool and Sunday – Janet & Bill in Milton Keynes, The Gruffalo in Oxford Street, Zog in Welwyn Garden City, and Stick Man in Liverpool

30th April: Chase & Skye visit Pettitts Animal Adventure Park
