A SUMMER OF SPORT!

The weather may be grey, but Summer 2021 is shaping up to be an exciting Summer of Sport headed up by some colourful characters!

Throughout June, Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games mascot, Perry, helped launch the Commonwealth Collective… Skillzy the official UEFA EURO 2020 mascot has been spotted in EURO 2020 fan zones all over Europe… Snickers commissioned a life-seize Snickers bar costume to head up their #Snickers4Scotland campaign… and Peppa Pig teamed up with Team GB’s Pride the Lion and Olympic athlete Greg Rutherford for her #PeppaSummerofSport campaign aimed at getting kids moving in the run up to Tokyo 2020!

And with COVID restrictions due to be lifted from 19^th July, we’re looking forward to a summer full of events too.  Here’s a glimpse at what’s on this month…

1^st July: Peter Rabbit™ will be hopping into Union Square in Aberdeen

3^rd July: Pettitt’s Animal Adventure Park in Norfolk welcome Hey Duggee

3^rd & 4^th July: The Very Hungry Caterpillar continues his run of appearances at London Zoo.  He’ll be there on 10^th & 11^th July too!

3^rd & 4^th July: Kidztopia is heading to Stoneleigh Park in Warwickshire. They’ll be joined by Peppa Pig and Fireman Sam on Saturday and PAW Patrol's Chase & Rubble and the Gruffalo on Sunday

10^th July: A-WOOF! Hey Duggee is visiting Old MacDonald’s Farm in Essex

10^th & 11^th July: Catch Peppa Pig & George at Avon Valley Country Park this weekend

23^rd July: Peppa Pig, George, Mummy Pig and Daddy Pig will be in St Helen’s town centre

23rd – 25th July: Keep an eye out for Sonic the Hedgehog at the Team GB Fanzone at Westfield London.  You might spot Team GB's Pride the Lion there too!

24^th July: Quex Activity Centre welcome Peppa Pig & George

24^th July: Listen to tales of Peter Rabbit™ in High Wycombe Town Centre

24^th July: PAW Patrol’s Skye and Marshall will be ready for action at Old MacDonald’s Farm in Essex

24^th July: Head to Festival Oldham Street Arts Festival for the chance to meet Mr. Tickle and Little Miss Sunshine

24th July: Shoppers at The Entertainer in White City can meet Blue from Blue's Clues. He'll be at The Entertainer in Kingston on 31st too!

24th & 25th July: Carfest North in Cheshire welcomes Bing & Flop and Hey Duggee

25^th July: It’s story time with PAW Patrol’s Chase & Marshall at Greenwood Forest Park in Bangor

25^th July: Peppa Pig & George are taking a trip to Epping Ongar Railway in Essex

27^th & 28^th July: Camel Creek in Cornwall host appearances from Hey Duggee

28th July: Orinoco will be helping out at the Litter Pick Up in Thornes Park, Wakefield

28^th July: Trolls’ Poppy & Branch visit Pleasurewood Hills in Lowestoft

28^th & 29^th July: Catboy from PJ Masks will be saving the day at The Broadway Bradford

30th July: There's no such thing as a gruffalo? Oh yes there is and he'll be at the Co-Op in Warsop today!

30^th July – 1^st August: Festival goers to Camp Bestival at Lulworth Castle can meet Hey Duggee and Bluey across all 3 days, plus Poppy & Branch on Friday, the Minions on Saturday and Chase on Sunday!

31st July: Plenty of characters to see in London today, with Sonic at Westfield London Team GB Fanzone, Peppa Pig at Hamleys, Batman at Selfridges and Pikachu at Harrods!
