Twirlywoos play their part in BritMums Live event achieving Guinness World Record.
Rainbow Productions was delighted to be involved with a number of outdoor summer events last month. These included Peppa Pig and George, SpongeBob SquarePants and Bart and Homer Simpson all making guest appearances at the Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park Family Day on June 28. Meanwhile, on June 20 Rainbow Productions managed the presence of Tiny and Small from the Clangers as well as Ben and Holly during the West End LIVE – an annual event showcasing West End entertainment.
June also saw Rainbow Productions handle the promotional appearances of Po from Kung Fu Panda at CineEurope 2015 in Spain before bring him back to attend a press event in London’s Chinatown on June 25. These personal appearances by Po supported Dreamworks’ activities around the upcoming Kung Fu Panda 3 movie, scheduled for UK release in March 2016.
Stuart, Kevin and Bob from the Minions also appeared alongside Sandra Bullock on the yellow carpet in Leicester Square at the movie’s premiere on June 11 – a personal appearance handled by Rainbow Productions in partnership with Universal Pictures.
One of the latest signings to the Rainbow Productions’ portfolio of children’s characters represented under licence is the Twirlywoos. On June 19, Great BigHoo, Toodloo, Chickedy and Chick from the Twirlywoos attended BritMums Live! – a social media conference and blogger event for the UK’s largest parent blogger community – where they helped the mummy bloggers achieve the Guinness World Record for wrapping the most mummies in three minutes [pictured].
