Here at Rainbow Productions we manage the personal appearances of over 140 famous children’s characters exclusively under license on behalf of brand owners. We take care of all aspects of the character’s visit and our licensed character costumes are available to book for a wide range of events.

Please note: We do not supply characters for private children’s parties or similar events.

WHAT SERVICES ARE INCLUDED WHEN A CHARACTER IS BOOKED?

The booking fee includes the official licensed costume character plus all royalties due
The expertise of our Operations team prior to the event to coordinate the logistics of the character appearance
Copyrighted imagery and guidance notes for use in your publicity materials to promote the character event
Our trained performers professionally portray the character and have a maximum of five character appearances per day
An experienced Road Manager to dress and ‘mind’ the character
Public Liability Insurance
